Born in Tel Aviv in 1998. Noa studied at the City High School for Arts and is a graduate of the dancer training program of Maslool, by Naomi Perlov and Offir Dagan. Noa served in the IDF as an outstanding dancer.
She has worked with Talia Beck, Metz van Rossum and Becky Laufer, Meirav Heiman and Ayelet Carmi.

Noa joined Avshalom Polak Dance Theater in 2018.
